Pre-Event:
- Press conference: your company can attend the press conference as distinguished guest and make a short presentation.
- Media Exposure: your corporate name (or logo where applicable) will be prominently displayed in all advertisements and marketing collateral used to promote the conference reach Key industry clients across the Asia.
- Event Web Site Advertising: your company banner ad will be displayed on the conference Web site and your company's logo and description will appear on the sponsor web page.
- Conference Facsimile Promotion: your logo will be printed on the conference facsimile brochure.
- Color Glossy Summit Brochures: speaker's name, title and company logo will appear on all of the 5,000 color glossy summit brochures that will be mailed to executives throughout China and Asia.
- Company Profile: you may insert company profile in the main event brochure and website.
- Press Releases: your company name will be mentioned in all press releases promoting the event.
During Event:
- Speaking opportunities: to be keynote speaker / panel speaker / chairperson during the two-day summit.
- Press Interviews: speaker and your company will have an opportunity to be interviewed and reported on by Senior Reporters that will be present on the day of the event.
- Corporate Banners: your logo will appear on a banner in front of the keynote room or other highly visible area throughout the two-day event.
- Corporate Signage: we will provide you with a corporate signage displaying your logo.
- Tabletop Exhibit Space: Receive tabletop exhibition space comes with skirting, one table, two chairs and one electric power point on the floor (if required).
- Conference Delegate Folder Advertising: receive your logo on either cover or back of the conference folder.
Post Event:
- Press Releases: your company name will be included in all press releases.
- Prized Full Delegate List: In addition to a one time mailing to the attendees e-mail list, you will also receive a full spread sheet of delegate list after the conference.
- Material download: all the papers and speaker documentations will be open for download after the event.
